The 31 December 2024 marked a special milestone: the first anniversary of POOL IS COLD, Brussels’ only cold water swimming initiative, held every Sunday morning at FLOW.

Since launching our winter program three months ago, it has become clear that to continue offering this vibrant space for cold-water enthusiasts and sauna lovers, we need to make some adjustments to ensure our financial viability.

With the idea of creating a swimming zone in the Beco Dock in Brussels’ canal back on the agenda, now is the perfect time to explore the various ways to make swimming in a canal (or river, or harbor dock) a reality.
