We are invited to Rotterdam to discuss water and recreation as drivers for urban development for the M4H district, a part of the harbor currently in full transformation.
The first exhibition that focuses on urban swimming in Switzerland, is framed by international projects that draw inspiration from the fantastic conditions in Zürich, Geneva, Bern and Basel. POOL IS COOL is one of the 6 international projects.

An exhibition and a public programme that explores the rule and role of water in our societies, bringing in dialogue Marrakech and Brussels by gathering artists, researchers, architects and activists.
POOL IS COOL is invited to “Baignade en Ville”, a conference on outdoor swimming in existing waters, organized by the City of Paris. We will join one of the round tables to discus swimming in the city with initiatives that fight for urban swimming as a public right for everyone.

POOL IS COOL takes part in the second edition of the Brussels Urban Landscape Biennial in BOZAR which reviews the increasingly important role of water in urban areas. We add the question of leisure to the often mainly spatial and technical approach of water management.
We're happy to be invited to Gent to share our experience and knowledge about urban open air swimming in a presentation and workshop.
