Come join Pool is Cool in 2020!

It's going to be a busy year and we want to get as many people involved as possible so our new volunteer coordinator, Naomi, is going to be on-hand to sign you up on the last Tuesday of every month.

Our first meeting will take place on Tuesday 28th January at Via Via cafe (just by St, Catherine metro) from 19h30 onwards.

We have three events on the horizon that we will be recruiting team members for...

• ISB Conference - We are putting together a presentation focusing on the social challenges surrounding the provision of swimming facilities and would particularly welcome volunteers with a background and/or interest in social sciences to join us in doing some research on this topic.  The conference will be held on March 25th in Antwerp.

• Brussels Water Days - We will be participating in this event taking place from 22nd-29th March and we are looking for some of our hands-on volunteers who like to create and build.

• Summer Event - We are going to celebrate 5 years of Pool is Cool which will include an exhibition and might be linked to a larger summer project which we negotiate at the moment (more about it soon). If you have experience in event organization or would like to gain some then this is for you!

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible but if you can't make it and would still like to be involved in any of these projects please don't hesitate to get in touch!
